Our staff will arrange for your items to be delivered by a courier within 24 business hours of receiving confirmation of your order. Once your merchandise has been shipped, we also notify you through SMS or email.

The shipping method you select after the item leaves our warehouse will affect how quickly it gets to your door. For every item in your order, you can select a different shipping method.

All orders are shipped out within 6 to 8 business days. Sundays, all local and federal holidays are not considered business days.

You will receive a text message or email with the name of the courier service and the applicable tracking number as soon as we dispatch an item. On the website of the appropriate courier service, you can track your product online. You can always get in touch with us if you discover a delay in the delivery of an item, and our customer service team can assist you with that.

We use reputable couriers to handle all deliveries. We will dispatch your goods via Government Registered Post or Speed Post if there are no courier services in your area. In order to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible and in good condition, we will contact you if your order contains any items that cannot be delivered via Government Registered Post or Speed Post. We will also try to arrange an alternate delivery location that is convenient for you and is covered by one of our courier partners.

The price listed on the website is the final price; there are no additional taxes or hidden fees. All taxes are included in our rates. Shipping costs additional (if applicable). Please be aware that, in accordance with Indian Tax Regulations, all things (including offers) will be supplied with an invoice specifying the price.

Before taking delivery of the products, if you think the product is damaged or the packaging has been tampered with, please decline to accept delivery of the item and contact our Customer Care at care@arisingdirect.com with your order reference number. We'll do everything we can to get you a new delivery as soon as possible.

At this time, we do not ship goods abroad. You are more than welcome to order goods through our ADOs from any location in the world, but you must ensure that the Delivery Address is within India.
