joint care

MRP INR: 2000.00

1.Collagen Peptidese 100mg, : promotes healthy joints by working with the immune system to deactivate collagen-specific T-cells.The deactivation of collagen-specific T-cells prevents the secretion of collagenase enzymes, which break down the collagen in the joint. Because the T-cells are no longer attacking the joints, Collagen type II helps the immune system maintain normal joint function and healthy collagen formation with lasting benefits. Collagen also improves quality of life. Collagen type II significantly decreased pain during daily activities, including walking on a flat surface, performing heavy domestic duties, ascending stairs and while resting in bed

2. Chondroitin sulphate 150mg, : Chondroitin sulfates (CS), increased joint glycosaminoglycan concentration and a subsequent enhancement of synovial fluid viscosity. Improvement in joint structure and function appears to be due to: (1) increased endogenous synthesis of hyaluronic acid and sulfated glycosaminoglycans from chondroitin sulfates; and (2) reduced breakdown of joint glycosaminoglycans subsequent to decreased collagenolytic activity and inhibition of enzymes, such as phospholipase A2 and N-acetylglucosaminidase, which are capable of degrading existing joint glycosaminoglycans.

3. Zingiber officinale 100mg, : Ginger has protective effects on joint inflammation, arthritis, and musculoskeletal disorders via its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-serotonin influences. It inhibits Cyclooxygenase-2 and 5-Lipoxygenase pathways. Ginger induces T-helper-2, and anti-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-4 and IL-10 production, increases glutathione level, and activity of the antioxidant enzyme like superoxide dismutase,35 inhibits the release of substance P (mediator of inflammation and pain), decreases TNFα, IL1β, IL6, IL2, and prostaglandins levels. Ginger is more effective than indomethacin in reducing the pain associated with inflammation and oxidative stress.37 Moreover, Ginger can decrease muscle pain caused by sever exercise.

4. Moringa oleifera 50mg, : The inhibition of the NF-κB pathway. Four fractions of M. oleifera leaf reduced IL-1β, IL-6, PGE2, TNF-α, and nitric oxide production in LPS macrophages, In addition, the extract increased the activity of the anti-inflammatory cytokines IL-10 and 1κB-α. Among the different parts of M. oleifera, the fruit showed the highest activity in reducing NO release induced by LPS

5. Curcuma longa 75mg : Regulates the activity of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), lipoxygenase, and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) enzymes
